Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively utilizing a person-centered care approach
• Manage evaluations and updates to resident care plans
• Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments




• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Guide and support unregulated care providers in their tasks
Requirements:
• Licensed as a Practical Nurse in your province/state
• Background in gerontology or complex care preferred
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills
• Positive knowledge of electronic documentation tools
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check mandated
