Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular status and safety checks for residents

• Provide orientation to new staff and volunteers
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of Community College education
• One to three years of relevant social service experience
• Must pass background checks including Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and emotional support
• Commitment to the mission of dignity and respect
