In this full time position, you will be responsible for evaluating and supporting each student’s journey while nurturing relationships with parents through detailed communication about the Waldorf curriculum. Your role involves leading parent evenings and contributing to pedagogical advancements within the school community. You'll balance both teaching and administrative responsibilities, all while participating in school events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach students from Grade 1 to Grade 8
• Assess and report on student progress
• Facilitate informative parent evenings




• Engage in curriculum development with colleagues
• Attend faculty meetings and support school functions
Requirements:
• Successful experience as a Class Teacher
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven skills in engaging with parents effectively
• Commitment to Waldorf Teacher Education certification
