IInteract with investigators, handle data analysis, and contribute to literature reviews. You'll support grant applications and enhance the visibility of nurse-led research projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in protocol development for research studies
- Coordinate submissions to the Research Ethics Board
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Summarize literature findings for research support
- Organize and chair relevant research meetings

Requirements:

- Undergraduate nursing degree, Master’s preferred
- At least 3 years’ relevant research experience
- Registered Nurse status in Ontario
- Experience with data collection and REDCap surveys
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
