In this role, you will collaborate with Program Managers to design responsive programs and facilitate goal planning. Essential skills include excellent communication, relationship-building with families, and supporting diverse abilities among children. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Program Managers for tailored program development
- Implement individual long- and short-term goal planning
- Encourage peer integration and provide necessary accommodations




- Build relationships with parents and ensure effective communication
- Maintain documentation and records while ensuring confidentiality

Requirements:

- Diploma or Certificate with experience in child/youth support
- First Aid and Food Secure certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Class 4 Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum age of 19 years as per regulations
- Successful criminal record check completion
