Kidz Club is a licensed out of school care program offering before and after school care at three school locations in Sylvan Lake, AB.

Kidz Club is looking for energetic, passionate Early Childhood Educators for the Caregiver position. Caregivers are responsible for the care and supervision of children from 4.5 to12 years old.

Duties include:

- Program planning/leading activities, games, etc.
- Facilitating circle time
- Snack preparation
- Housekeeping
- Engaging children in play and skill development

Qualifications:

- Minimum Early Childhood Educator Level 1 certification (to be completed within 6 months of employment commencing- Free course for employees)
- Clear, current criminal record check with vulnerable sectors completed (dated within 6 months of employment commencing)
- Child Intervention record check (to be completed within 6 weeks of employment)




- Current First Aid and CPR (to be completed within 3 months of employment commencing)

Shifts: We are seeking a casual position, hours per week will vary. Employees work split shifts from 7:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm on school days (no Statutory holidays). Kidz Club offers full days of care on PD days, school holidays, and over the summer months; Full days of care shifts are approximately 6-8 hours long, scheduled between 7:00am and 6:00pm. Salary: $16-18 per hour plus wage top up depending on ECE certification level and experience.
