Driven by our desire to help students thrive in their academic and personal lives, the Saanich School District provides quality educational programs and a safe and nurturing learning setting for the over 7,000 culturally diverse students within its 18 schools. Successful experience with adapting and modifying materials for a diversity of learners
Working knowledge of using computing technology to support learning
A commitment to the Principles of Inclusive Schools and Principles of Learning

Specific to this posting:
Bachelor of Education (Middle)
Major in French and near fluency in both written and spoken French
Board approved to teach core French
Two years successful classroom experience teaching core French at the middlelevel
Demonstrated use of highly successful instructional strategies for middlestudents in an integrated environment
Robust classroom management and organizational skills
Ability to adjust curriculum and assessment strategies to meet the needs of a wide range of students
