Welcome and assist walk-in customers promptly
Resolve inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person
Capture and qualify leads for CRM entry
Coordinate installations with sales and service teams
Support payment processing and account setup Requirements:
High School diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
3–5 years in customer service roles
Preferred knowledge of window and door products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
