In this full-time role, you'll oversee a three-year settlement project aimed at improving services for immigrants and refugees.

Your responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, and engaging with community advisory committees. You will develop training tools, track project outcomes, and implement recommendations based on newcomer input to foster inclusivity. Key Responsibilities:
Manage project work plan and budget effectively
Coordinate advisory committee for under-represented newcomer groups
Develop and deliver staff training and resources




Track activities and conduct evaluations for continuous improvement
Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Experience in managing community equity and inclusion projects
Robust skills in project management and reporting
