Elevate nursing education at Royal Alexandra Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Educator. This role involves enhancing nursing competencies in the peri-operative setting through targeted educational programs. As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), you will lead the planning and delivery of educational initiatives within the DTC Surgical Suite.
The CNE is responsible for supporting nursing staff by utilizing adult learning principles and providing clinical mentoring. Collaborating closely with management, you will ensure compliance with the highest standards of care while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate educational programs for nursing staff

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Minimum five years of peri-operative nursing experience
Current registration with CRNA
