The GTS Broker role at FedEx requires a Community College diploma and a minimum of one year’s experience with customs regulations, especially for international operations. Key Responsibilities:



• Handle processing of low value shipments adhering to regulations • Assist customers with international shipping inquiries • Maintain CCS designation while meeting annual requirements • Utilize computers effectively, including clearance systems • Lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs

Requirements: • At least one year experience, preferably with FedEx • Valid Canadian Customs Specialist or CSCB certification • Must be bilingual in Quebec • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Capability to lift 70 lbs and handle heavier items
