Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver MTO bridge engineering projects • Ensure compliance with MTO standards and technical governance • Develop multi-disciplinary teams for project success • Mentor staff on bridge and geotechnical engineering practices • Foster relationships with clients and pursue project opportunities
Requirements: • 15-20+ years of consulting experience • P.Eng Ontario license required • RAQS qualification for MTO assignments • Strong technical authority in bridge engineering • Previous experience in leadership roles with MTO projects
