Empower and support residents as a Community Corrections Support Worker at The Salvation Army. This role emphasizes maintaining safety, compliance, and fostering independence among clients in a structured setting. As a Community Corrections Support Worker, you will be integral to the Community Residential Facility team.

Your responsibilities include supporting parolees, monitoring facility security, and ensuring protocol adherence. With a focus on rapport-building, you will assist residents in achieving self-sufficiency within a federal half-way house framework. Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive knowledge of CRF policies and CSC guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and skilled conduct with residents
Conduct security rounds and monitor sign-in/out sheets




Record key information in the CRF management system
Enforce parole conditions and in-house rules effectively Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent education required
Minimum six months related experience needed
Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification required
Clear TB skin test and enhanced reliability clearance
Non-violent Crisis Intervention training is an asset Contribute to the transformation of lives by providing support to clients and ensuring their safety and well-being at The Salvation Army.
