Responsibilities
Lead and grow Bell’s enterprise CCaaS customer base via delivery excellence and proactive account management.
Drive transformation initiatives to modernize legacy platforms, and roll out AI powered cloud solutions.
Shape and execute Bell’s CCaaS transformation roadmap, in a practical way.
Partner with technology vendors, change management experts, and internal teams that move fast.

Requirements
Have experience wrangling the financial stuff, budgets, schedules, and also risk mitigation.
Showed a track record of actually pushing process improvements across big, large scale environments.
Must know the usual toolbox.
