The Change

Lead and AI Trainer role demands expertise in training strategy and change management for significant client projects. You will guide project commitments, ensure quality content delivery, and collaborate closely with stakeholders at Electric Mind.

Primary responsibilities include reviewing Statements of Work, staffing trainers, and developing comprehensive training resources. Key Responsibilities:
Review and advise on project SOW for training elements
Create and update project-specific training content
Manage training schedules and sessions, including Bootcamp




Collaborate with the client’s change management team
Capture and incorporate feedback into training resources Requirements:
