As the Engineering Solutions Manager, you will manage the unit's performance in profitability, forecasting, and capacity.

Own revenue and P&L; performance for the business unit
Develop the annual business plan aligned with services strategy




Lead and mentor a team of engineers in multiple locations
Collaborate with teams on customer solutions and prospect shaping
Monitor and address project delivery and commercial risks Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing engineering or technical teams
Solid commercial judgment with P&L; responsibility
