Equinix seeks a visionary Senior Director to oversee the complete partner journey and deal support. You will report to the VP of Partner Programs & Experience, focusing on enhancing partner satisfaction and managing the commercial deal support infrastructure. This leadership role requires strategic thinking and a deep understanding of partner dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from recruitment to retention
Optimize the partner portal for self-service capabilities
Design governance and processes for deal registration frameworks
Manage Lead-to-Cash processes to streamline transactions
Lead the Project Management Office for complex deals
Requirements:
10+ years in partner experience or commercial operations
Proven leadership in deal support functions
Hands-on experience with partner relationship management
Ability to manage multi-functional teams effectively
Robust knowledge of deal registration processes
Lead partner interactions and drive operational excellence in commercial functions at Equinix.
