Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee a residential civil services installtion construction project as an owner represetative onsite. In this vital role, you will coordinate on-site activities, supervise civil contractor, and ensure that all work aligns with town specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in every phase of construction.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of residential development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. We have osite house available to live while project is active for free.

Duties

- Supervise daily construction activities on site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless workflow and communication
- Monitor construction quality control processes to ensure adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety regulations.
- Review construction plans and blueprints to clarify project scope and identify potential issues early




- Manage on-site budgeting tasks including resource allocation, material procurement
- Lead supervising efforts by mentoring team members, assigning tasks effectively, and resolving on-site challenges promptly

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in civil reisdential site service projects with a strong understanding of civil engineering experience.
- Proficiency in construction management
- Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols within the construction environment
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate implementation and value enginnering
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholder
