Duties and Responsibilities

- General cleaning of assigned building - Clean cafeteria, lunch room, storage areas, utility service areas,



furnace rooms and boiler rooms - Clean lighting fixtures and replace light bulbs - Collect and dispose of garbage/litter within building interior and exterior - Perform minor maintenance not requiring a skilled tradesperson - Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications:
