Athletico Sports Physiotherapy is expanding, and we’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator who brings warmth, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to our high-performing, community-focused clinic.

What You’ll Do

Patient Care & Customer Service

- Greet patients with friendliness and professionalism
- Answer calls and emails with clarity, compassion, and efficiency
- Support new and returning patients with a smooth, positive experience

Scheduling & Clinic Coordination

- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Manage practitioner schedules to maintain clinic flow
- Communicate clearly with clinicians and patients about schedule changes

Billing & Administrative Tasks

- Process payments and manage billing inquiries
- Navigate insurance claims and third-party billing (training provided!)
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Marketing & Social Media Support

- Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts
- Help promote events, workshops, and clinic updates
- Support community outreach and engagement initiatives

Office & Clinic Operations

- Keep the clinic tidy, organized, and fully stocked
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the entire team

What We’re Looking For

- A warm, patient-centered communicator
- Strong multitasking and organization skills




- Comfortable working with technology (experience with Jane App is an asset)
- Professional, reliable, and quick to learn
- Experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare is an asset—but not required. We value attitude and work ethic above all.

Schedule: typical hours

- Monday 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Tuesday 1:00pm - 6:30pm
- Wednesday 2:00pm - 7:45pm
- Thursday 1:00pm - 6:00 pm
- Friday 12:00pm - 3:30pm
- Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 32.0 per week
