Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Care & Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, building strong relationships with clients while driving business growth. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our reach and ensure our students and their families receive exceptional service.

Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese are essential, as we aim to serve diverse communities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Duties

- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, identifying current opportunities for growth and partnership
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities




- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and promote services
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on business development
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic decision-making
- Background in education sales or related fields preferred; familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with diverse client populations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
