We are seeking a Client Programs Manager to join our Clients & Markets team. This role is responsible for managing legal directory and awards programs and ensuring the successful delivery of submissions that support the firm’s profile and market position. Work with firm leadership to implement a strategic approach to directories and awards, to bolster our brand and reputation nationally and in local markets.

Provide advice and guidance to ensure our submissions algin with the firm’s strategy and support national and regional growth. Measure performance against our market priorities and competitors. Project manage legal directory submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500, including practice and vendor liaison, workback schedules, and internal communications.

Provide research, analysis, and recommendations for submissions content and tone. Project manage legal professional award nominations to help grow the profile and market position of the firm and select lawyers, and to support clients. Includes nomination drafting, editing, and proofreading. 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role in a law firm or professional services environment.
