Summary

Physio Pros is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in coordinating the clinic operations and maximizing efficiency of the team. Your role would involve understanding the goals and growth required for the clinic and working to achieve them. Involvement in both the treatment and medical device aspect of the clinic. This role requires assertiveness, independence, and confidence to get the job done.

Responsibilities

- Growing follow-up treatment visits by coordinating with patients, administrators, and therapists
- Growing medical device dispenses by coordinating with patients, product coordinator, and therapists
- Solving customer disputes when required




- Solving therapist complications when required
- Solving administrative obstacles when required
- Maximizing overall clinic operations
- Maximizing overall therapists efficiency
- Maximizing overall administrative efficiency

Skills Required

- solid administrative skills and organization
- good communication skills on the phone, person-to-person and via text/email
- Leadership and conflict resolution qualities
- Assertiveness and desire to improve
- Solid communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
