Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (Korean & English or Chinese & English)

Indigo Wellness Clinic is seeking a Bilingual (Korean & English or Chinese & English) Front Desk Receptionist with experience in clinic administration. We’re looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused, while also being proactive in supporting our clinic’s growth by encouraging patients to book follow-up appointments and explore other wellness services we offer.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet, consult, and support patients with professionalism and care
- Schedule and manage appointments using JaneApp
- Submit and manage insurance and ICBC claims through JaneApp
- Communicate with insurance providers to resolve claim issues
- Use Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.) for administrative tasks
- Guide patients in booking follow-up appointments and encourage them to explore other modalities and services available at our clinic
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean (or chinese) and English (verbal and written)
- Previous front desk or administrative experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of JaneApp and familiarity with ICBC and other insurer claim process
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused, proactive, and comfortable with guiding patients toward the care they need
- Robust organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
