Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our agile team at HAP Transportation Group Ltd. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in maintaining our professional image while providing exceptional customer support. Your contributions will help ensure smooth operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff as needed.




Handle customer inquiries with a focus on providing excellent service.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as required.

Requirements
Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar customer support role.
Robust communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is an asset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
