This role focuses on negotiating subcontract agreements and enhancing corporate operations through contract reviews and adjustments. As a Contracts Specialist, you will review project-specific subcontract agreements, negotiate revisions with clients, and assist the Contracts Manager in streamlining corporate operations.

Your expertise will ensure compliance with internal risk mitigation factors and enhance overall contract management processes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business plan aligned with corporate strategy
Review, redline, and negotiate service agreements and purchase orders
Obtain necessary insurance certificates from clients
Manage Owner Controlled Insurance Program enrollments
Explain contract terms clearly in everyday language Requirements:
High school diploma required; higher education preferred
Two or more years of contract or construction management experience
Understanding of contractual language and terminology
Knowledge of negotiation best practices
Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite Leverage your negotiation skills and contract knowledge to support our construction initiatives effectively.
