Overview

We are currently looking for reliable General Labourers to assist with a production line on a temporary basis. The main responsibility will be loading roof panels onto a conveyor as part of the production process.

The panels can range from approximately 6 ft to 25 ft in length, and weighing 25-50lbs, so this position requires employees to work together as a team to safely lift, position, and move materials. Some panels may also need to be flipped or repositioned before being placed on the conveyor.

Responsibilities
Load roof panels onto a production conveyor
Safely lift and move panels with another team member
Flip and reposition panels as required
Follow instructions from production staff
Maintain a clean and protected work area
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Work effectively as part of a two-person team

Requirements
General labour, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is an asset
Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work
Ability to safely lift and move long/heavy materials with a partner




Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
CSA-approved safety footwear required
Good physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This is a short-term temporary prospect expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks. The schedule is still being finalized and may consist of full days or half-day shifts depending on production requirements.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
