We are seeking enthusiastic, fun, hard-working & experienced Line Cooks / Prep Cooks/Dishwashers to join the NIKU back-of-house team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparation of all menu-food items
Make sure that all food products are properly portioned
Unload delivery trucks and store inventory
Kitchen organization and general cleaning duties as required




Ensure cooking equipment is in secure, working order
Trash removal & cleaning of kitchen equipment
Bring clean dishes to cooks for meal presentation
Clears, and replenishes table supplies as needed
Store supplies such as plates, utensils, and place mats
Meat Slicer

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
