Write exact estimates for vehicle damage and repairs
Guide customers through the repair process accurately
Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements
Update ASE promptly with customer interaction details
Participate in daily production walks with management Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year estimating experience in collision repair
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Mitchell and Qapter software
Strong knowledge of repair practices and OE guidelines
