Division Manager - Material Handling Eastern CanadaPosition SummaryThe Regional Business Development Manager – SENNEBOGEN is responsible for leading the strategic growth, market development, customer engagement, and overall business performance of the SENNEBOGEN product line across the assigned region in East Canada.This role acts as the business leader for the SENNEBOGEN brand within NORS Canada and works closely with the COO, RVPs, Branch Managers, Sales Representatives, Product Support, Marketing, and Rental teams to drive profitable growth, increase market share, and strengthen NORS Canada's relationship with SENNEBOGEN.The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth for SENNEBOGEN products within the assigned region, with a target of selling 6–8 machines per year in the near term and 10–12 machines per year over the next few years.A key focus of this role will be aggressively growing NORS Canada's presence in the scrap and recycling market segment, which represents more than 50% of the SENNEBOGEN opportunity in Canada and remains significantly underpenetrated today.A strategic business development leader externally with customers and OEM partnersA cross-functional internal business leader supporting branch execution and accountabilityDevelop and execute growth strategies for the SENNEBOGEN business within the assigned region.Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.Support sales teams in developing, quoting,



and closing opportunities.Manage and strengthen the relationship with SENNEBOGEN (OEM).Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.Collaborate with Parts, Service, Rental, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.Participate in high-value customer meetings and negotiations.Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and key business metrics (KPIs).Coordinate training and development initiatives for sales and branch teams.Represent NORS Canada at industry events, trade shows, and customer functions.Long DescriptionReports To: COO East or COO WestLocation: Eastern or Western CanadaTravel Requirement: 40%–60% travel within the assigned region, as requiredSalary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 per yearHealth and SafetyIt is our expectation that all Nors Construction Equipment ST Employees will conduct their work in a safe manner, abide by all Nors Construction Equipment ST safety policies and report all hazardous conditions and unsafe work procedures.
