Full time Packager – Byron Plant

Orr Cleaners is looking for a Full-Time Packager to join our Byron plant!

We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable and has a outstanding eye for detail. This is an significant part of our finishing process — making sure every order is complete, correct and ready to go back to our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
Packaging and preparing drycleaning orders for customers
Performing quality control to ensure garments are clean, pressed and ready to go
Matching invoices to garment tags and making sure all pieces are accounted for
Organizing completed orders and preparing them for delivery and pickup
Identifying any issues or missing pieces before orders leave the plant
Keeping your work area organized and tidy

Reliable and dependable




Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and comfortable with a physically active job
Able to stand for extended periods
Comfortable with repetitive overhead arm movements
Able to lift and handle heavier garment orders
Works well independently and as part of a team
Previous drycleaning or laundry experience is an asset, but not required

The Details:

Full-time | 30–40 hours per week
