My clients is a well-established Developer that specializes in woodframe residential projects across Vancouver. They are looking to add a driven Project Coordinator who can come and add value to the team but wants to grow and develop with the company for years to come.

Roles and responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Maintain and update project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Coordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Prepare, track, and organize project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Support procurement activities by obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking material deliveries.
Monitor project progress and help identify potential delays or issues.
Assist with budget tracking, cost reports, and invoice processing.
Coordinate site meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
Ensure all project documentation is properly filed and maintained according to company procedures.
Support health and safety documentation and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.




Liaise with field staff to ensure construction activities align with project plans and schedules.
Assist with permit applications, inspections, and regulatory documentation where required.
Track and manage project correspondence and maintain project logs.
Assist with close-out documentation including warranties, manuals, and as-built drawings.
Provide general administrative support to the project team.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration roles in North America
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field would be an asset
Knowledge of construction processes and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Robust organizational and communication skills
Transparent communicator, confident dealing with clients and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction setting.

Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 base DOE
3 week vacation DOE

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
