The Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Restaurant Supervisor supports the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, cleanliness, and product quality. The Supervisor leads shifts, guides team members, and helps maintain compliance with food safety and DQ brand standards. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and coach crew members during shifts.
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality.
Ensure compliance with Dairy Queen brand standards, food safety guidelines, and health regulations.
Assist with monitoring inventory and reporting shortages to management.
Help with staff scheduling and ensuring appropriate coverage during shifts.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Perform regular checks to maintain cleanliness, organization,



and safe equipment use.
Handle shift-level cash handling, register balancing, and deposits as assigned.
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, quick service, or retail (supervisory experience is an asset).
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:
Quick-paced restaurant environment.
Standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and performing physical tasks as needed.
Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, freezers, grill area).

Pay: $18.60-$21.00 per hour
