Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support operations in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. This position is essential for maintaining efficiency and productivity in office.

Duties
Assist in site preparation and cleanup activities
Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
Operate hand tools and small power equipment (jackhammers, plate tampers, compactors, etc.)
Handle traffic control duties (flagging), when required
Assist pipe layers, operators, and skilled tradespeople as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow instructions from site supervisors and forepersons
Adhere strictly to health & safety protocols, including use of PPE

Skills
Minimum 1 year experience in general labor,



preferably in civil or heavy construction (not mandatory but preferred)
Physically able to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs), repetitive motion, bending, and standing for long hours
Comfortable working in all weather conditions and on uneven terrain
Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license
Safety-first mindset and willingness to follow all company and site regulations
Strong work ethic, punctual, team-oriented, and capable of taking direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
