Responsibilities
Lead group fitness classes and individual training sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness
Motivate members to stay committed to their fitness journeys through positive reinforcement
Develop customized workout plans tailored to clients’ goals, abilities, and health conditions
Monitor participants during workouts, providing guidance and corrections as needed
Maintain a clean, organized,



and inviting workout setting at all times
Track member progress and provide ongoing support to help them achieve milestones

Requirements
Proven experience in teaching or leading fitness classes or personal training sessions
Robust knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of people
Certification in fitness instruction or personal training (such as ACE, NASM, or equivalent) is preferred
Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness through active engagement
Ability to adapt workouts for different skill levels and physical abilities
