We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bread Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with sourdough and always prioritizing quality and consistency.

Duties
Mix various bread doughs
Shape, proof, score and bake breads daily.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
Pack and organize bread orders daily for delivery and pick ups
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timeliness of all products

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of baking sourdough breads
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work early morning shifts starting at 4-5am

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
