Service Plus Plumbing and Heating is looking for a Service Technician Dispatcher.
Responsibilities include:
-General office duties such as answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, taking messages, typing, filing, and assisting customers needs
-Scheduling appointments for very busy service technicians
-Preparing and managing jobs
-Ordering materials
-Accounts payable and accounts receivable
*Must be able to work in high stress situations
*Must have strong organization skills.
*Must have solid multi-tasking skills
*Must have strong customer service skills
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks an asset
Expected start date: ASAP
Job Type: Full time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
