Job Overview
Radisson Hotel and Conference Calgary Airport is looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, hospitality, and custodial services, with leadership skills to manage a team effectively. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure productive operations.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
Schedule staff shifts, monitor attendance, and manage workload distribution.
Address guest requests or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.




Enforce health and safety regulations in accordance with hotel policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning procedures that improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning, and custodial equipment.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Positive communication skills to interact professionally with staff and guests.

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
