We focus on custom basements, kitchens, full interior renovations, and property service contracts.We are building a strong core team and are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and has the potential to lead projects independently as our company continues to grow.Initial ContractThis position begins with a2-month contract.Successful candidates who demonstrate strong workmanship, reliability, leadership, and a good fit with our team will be considered for apermanent full-time positionwith long‑term growth opportunities.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead and execute residential renovation projects on-siteRead and interpret construction drawings and layoutsMaintain high-quality workmanship and organized, clean job sitesCoordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activitiesCommunicate professionally with clients when requiredTrain, mentor, and support junior team membersProvide regular project progress updates to managementIdentify potential issues early and help keep projects on scheduleWhat We're Looking For4+ years of residential renovation experienceStrong framing, drywall, mudding, finishing,
