As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will machine components for production. Successful candidates will monitor quality by taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes and adjusting and/or reprogramming control while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.





Produce parts using CNC Mills and Lathes that conform to engineering blueprints Prepare CNC programs and setup machine Emphasis is placed on a continuous process of improvement Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA, and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies Placement into Level I, Level II, or Senior will be dependent on past experience, sign off on internal training, and/or the ability to learn additional equipment in the shop Any other duties as assigned by the Machining Supervisor or Senior Leadership team High School diploma or equivalent ~Minimum of 3 years' experience as a setter/machinist in a manufacturing setting ~ Able to work in a fast-paced production setting ~ Experience with HAAS CNC mills is an asset ~ Ability to machine all types of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless, and plastics) ~ Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed Hourly Wage $Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
