- Create transparent user stories and manage backlog refinement
- Investigate and coordinate resolution of support tickets
- Lead requirements workshops and facilitate backlog reviews
- Oversee UAT plans and contribute to change management
- Prepare release notes and assist with end-user training

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 8 to 10 years in business analysis, supporting complex applications
- Proficient in Agile and cross-functional communication
- Preferred CBAP certification
- Experience in commercial real estate is advantageous
