About Us

We are a growing cleaning company providing professional commercial cleaning services to businesses and organizations in the local area. We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Commercial Cleaning Sales & Business Development Representative to help us grow our business and secure new commercial cleaning contracts.

About the Position In this role, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, contacting potential clients, developing relationships with decision-makers, and helping secure commercial cleaning contracts.

The successful candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, property managers, office managers, facility managers, and other employers or decision-makers.

This position offers $22–$24 per hour plus commission for successfully closed deals, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your sales results.

Responsibilities

- Find and identify businesses that may require commercial cleaning services.
- Develop new leads through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, online research, and in-person visits.
- Contact business owners, property managers, facility managers, office managers, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce our cleaning company and explain our services professionally.
- Schedule appointments and site visits with potential customers.
- Understand the client’s cleaning requirements and communicate those needs to our team.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Prepare and present service proposals with support from the company.
- Negotiate and help close new commercial cleaning contracts.
- Maintain a list of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Work with our management and operations team to ensure a smooth transition when a new contract is secured.




- Meet agreed-upon sales and business-development goals.

Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, customer service, or account management experience is an asset.
- Experience selling commercial services is an asset.
- Experience in the cleaning, janitorial, property management, facility management, or related industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new businesses.
- Professional, confident, and friendly personality.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business owners and managers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable and qualified.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset.

Compensation $22–$24 per hour + commission In addition to the hourly wage, you will earn commission on commercial cleaning contracts that you successfully close.

Commission will be paid according to the company’s commission structure after the new contract has been successfully closed and confirmed.

The more business you bring in, the greater your earning potential.
