Drive leasing success with Starlight Investments as a Commercial Leasing Manager. You will oversee leasing operations across Canada, maximizing occupancy and supporting revenue growth. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll report to the Vice President of Asset Management.

Your expertise will focus on enhancing asset value through best-in-class leasing strategies. Building strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and property managers will be essential for achieving leasing targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and brokers
- Source and secure prospective tenants while managing existing relationships
- Negotiate lease proposals and agreements for asset management objectives




- Prepare and review leasing documentation for clarity and accuracy
- Provide market research data to inform strategic lease decisions

Requirements:

- Over two years of leasing experience in office or retail assets
- Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in report writing and presentations
- Flexibility to travel within the Greater Toronto Area
