What You’ll Do
Prepare burgers, chicken, and other menu items according to Wendy’s standards
Operate and maintain grill and kitchen equipment safely
Ensure food is cooked properly and served fresh
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
Keep the grill and work areas clean and organized
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Provide friendly, efficient service to our guests

Comfortable standing for extended periods
Ability to follow food safety and workplace procedures
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but training is provided
