Gladiator Pro Wash is looking for full time Exterior Cleaning and Lighting Technicians to work across the Fergus to Guelph area. You'll be outside, on the move, working with your hands on window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and seasonal light installation. Every day looks a little different.

The Pay
Starts at $21/hour with paid training
Moves to performance pay, most techs earn $25 to $30/hour within two months, top performers hit $40/hour
40 to 50 hours per week (excluding winter)
Bi-weekly payroll
$50/month toward the gym, a course, or whatever keeps you sharp

What It Takes
Age 20+, physically able to lift 50 lbs and handle outdoor winter conditions




On your feet for extended periods without it wearing you down
G2 license or higher is a strong asset
3 year driver's abstract if you'll drive a company vehicle
Occasional Saturday availability
