Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and salon revenue
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments




Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training

Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio of work preferred
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Previous retail sales or front desk experience is a plus but not required
Must be licensed or certified as required by state regulations for hairstylists
