Veterinary Client Care Representative Full Time

At Virtual Veterinary Solutions, you'll be the first point of contact for pet owners seeking care for their companions. Every conversation is an opportunity to provide reassurance, solve problems, and help connect pets with the care they need.

If you're an experienced customer service skilled who enjoys helping people, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule appointments and procedures accurately.
Educate clients about veterinary services and appointment preparation.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with veterinary teams to support patient care.
Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (phone and/or in person).
Outstanding communication and active listening skills.
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Reliable transportation and your own vehicle.




Available Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM.
Looking for full-time, permanent employment.

Veterinary experience is an asset—but not required. If you have exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the veterinary side.
