Job Description

We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and motivated Kitchen Staff to join our ramen restaurant team. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is not required. We provide on-the-job training to help you learn our kitchen procedures and food preparation standards.

Responsibilities

● Prepare food and ingredients according to restaurant standards

● Assist with ramen and other menu item preparation

● Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food safety procedures

● Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized

● Wash dishes and assist with general kitchen duties when needed

● Follow instructions from the Kitchen Manager and other supervisors

● Work efficiently during busy periods

● Maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices

● Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality food

Qualifications





● No previous kitchen experience required

● Willingness to learn and receive training

● Positive attitude and strong work ethic

● Reliable and punctual

● Able to work in a fast-paced environment

● Able to work as part of a team

● Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties

● Food Safety Certification is an asset but can be obtained after hiring
