We are seeking a dedicated and flexible On Call Cook to join our dynamic food service team. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, utensils, and equipment for quick access during busy periods
Follow all safety protocols related to cooking, food handling, and sanitation practices
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including counters, appliances, and workstations throughout shifts




Respond promptly to kitchen needs or guest requests as they arise during service times

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar environment is required
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry (MAPAQ training an asset)
Experience in meal preparation for diverse dietary needs is a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 24.0 per week
