Job Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:
Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent customer service
Taking orders accurately (in-store, online, and delivery platforms)
Preparing food items including pizza, sides, and beverages according to Freshslice standards
Handling cash, debit, and credit transactions responsibly
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Assisting with opening and closing duties as required
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels

Job Requirements
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented




Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset (training provided)
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Living nearby is a plus point

This position requires full-time, flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. We are not able to accommodate school or class schedules for this position.
